That award should be made by others and by those who have a great deal of knowledge in the subject at hand, and certainly not by others with limited knowledge.

We luckily found a somewhat bullish, capital ready group that had very few contingencies (other than awarded credit)...so now fingers crossed we are in the top 3 in # of units for the county (the tie breaker metric).
