The Phoenix metro area is over 100 miles diagonally so most buyers choose an area that fits their needs regarding commute time, area, social activity, schools, price, etc depending on the buyer.Buying for 1 year does come with some element of risk if appreciation is 6% for a property and the overall selling costs (Title, Realtor etc) is 8% it may not look so good!

I pretty sure that I am limited on how to market myself since I am not licensed yet, for example, I was told to hold off on the social media until I become licensed.

There's no way she doesn't have a social security number, unless she's not from the US... then run a background check and find out what else is up!

People watch too much tv and all this social media stuff and it’s mostly fake.

It’s a good way to add social proof for sellers.
