I've read all the arguments for and against forming an LLC this early and I don't think it's really necessary for me, but I'd still like to open accounts using a business name rather than my personal name.Is there a way I can open accounts under a business name, use a business name on business cards, etc. without filing a formal business?  

And those agents probably have some increased responsibilities like pre-screening the applicant, showing the property, explaining policies, etc.As a private Landlord, I would consider sending them a small gift card of $25 to Starbucks or Amazon.

First do not continue down the path that landed you in credit card debt. 

So, I have a good job, a car payment, student loans, some credit card debt.  

"As Is" has no bearing on your inspection get out of jail free card.  

I applied for a credit card the first day I turned 18.

Sounds to me as if they like to play the victim card.    

Direct mail or post card might be a great option if your not ready to upright knock on door, but honestly I think you may have a harder time trying to find a end buyer becuase all the matters to your assignee is that the numbers make sense.

Have no income coming in at this time plus no credit cards.
