They warned me you couldn't make any money in Detroit.I started asking them details and then would ask them if I buy for $1000 the same house that you bought for $80,000 do you think the outcome might be diferent?

If the house will sell with out staging because it is a hot area, I don't bother hiring a professional, I will stage lightly like the kitchen cook books, wine classes, plates and silverware at a sit up bar etc., bath with towels, fireplace mantel with my HOME sign, drop a comforter and pillows in the master on the floor and some stuffed animals in the kids rooms.

Though they acknowledged it was their error they would not be reimbursing any of the thousands of dollars the housing authority had to pay in bank fees incurred after having to order duplicate copies of every deposit item for an entire fiscal year.She also acknowledged there was no warning or disclaimer on the QB update that money orders were not a viable payment option and as a result all previous and future money order data would be altered or deleted by the program during the software update.2.

My attorney is willing to write them a letter to warn them that forced labor can not be enforced and to basically stop with the constant emails with assigned tasks but I really don't wish to go down that road.
