Begin looking for deals via free resources, (here's a good guide to get you in the right direction: https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2014/04/2...).

BP has been a great resource.  

I'm just always very hesitant to pay for online resources without a test drive or referral.  

I know about the monthly NW REIA meeting but I don't know if there are any other resources out there or possibly some investors looking for someone to hang on their curtails and try and provide some value. 

In the meantime, I plan to use BP as a resource as much as I can.

BP not only has a great community and let's you network with other investors, it also has free resources including online courses and videos.

I am new to the BP community and have been soaking up the vast amount of info/knowledge that is posted to BP, which is such a great resource!

Caliber Real Estate works the country foreclosure auctions in King and Snohomish Counties and could be a valuable resource too.
