I was posting on another thread here where 5 properties sold together as one sale on the auditor site, but Zillow was displaying the total for the 5 properties as a sale price for just one of them, confusing people. 

I have looked at the events page, but is seems to be all the more confusing to me, I would love to hear your advice on what events (if there are more then one) is the best for me.

So, I'm confused because in it's already a 4-unit RM-1 property and the same yard and height restrictions apply as they would to a 5-unit.

This concept this has me a little confused. 

This eliminates the confusing part of the loan with a partner.

I was confused, I never heard of this rule nor can I find any information online saying that.

@Nancy Bender I think he’s kind of asking two questions in one so it’s a bit confusing but generally speaking it’s as simple as this.... you can borrow as much money as you can afford to pay back with interest!
