Today, they said I could have a dryer delivered.I have to quarantine because my spouse is still with Covid+ patients(she works in an ICU Unit in a Metro Detroit Trauma 1 Center) so we are not going into stores(we are ordering everything online) or people's homes unless absolute emergency.

Little "secret" about my rental income during this pandemic ---I'm only afraid that my tenants who are RN's are going to get sick and die from having to treat the COVID19 patients (one already was serious ill for a week, but recovered). 

I was patient, I studied, I watched certain properties, even, that I saw sitting there and sitting there, and I saved up. 

not sure if he has the patients for dealing with the City...May end up hiring an architect to make comments on the arch drawings as they may be better at anticipating issues from the City?

Keep at it, be patient but persistent and when an opportunity presents itself jump on it.
