A fixed piece of glass or painted piece of plywood (if no light is needed) would look much better and probably be easier to install...

Could anyone shed any light on the local dynamics on that?  

We did all the normal stuff like painting, new floor covering and new lighting.

The glue on the back is normally a contractor grade but be warned you must use a latex based FLOOR primer to control the dust and dirt on the floor prior to installation.

One big upside is the 10 paid summer weeks.I also plan on taking care of replacing cabinet hardware, installing smoke detectors, hooking up various appliances, and replacing a few light fixtures....

3) What are the requirements for the Ventilaton and Lighting in the bedroom?

I have been researching as much as possible about running electrical wire and adding lights and outlets.

That has to cover every item in the units that can and will wear out (flooring, paint, cabinets, faucets, lighting, appliances, etc) as well as capital reserves for big ticket items (roof, HVAC, siding, windows, plumbing, electrical etc). 

And or they are very popular with high end car enthusiast and high end rec vehicles.Many hanger at KUAO is next to Warn Winch's  of course he sold the company but he has a triple hanger and ours is a condo association.

I always use the charcoal color, the silver reflects too much light and can make it hard to see through.
