@Jake Sklanka the latest proposal from Summit County is actually pretty impressive from my opinion. 

No executive action, no proposed legislation.

There is no way to accurately estimate costs without a Contractor going over the proposed work and giving you a written number...otherwise you're just guessing.

You can ask for application/references from someone they propose.

I sent an initial dev proposal through our city planning dept for to test out the reception for this concept.

I have no cash of my own so I plan to bring on an investor or partner, and for this I’m going to need to draft a proposal.There are two things I’d like to know, 1) how does one prepare a proposal/what needs to be included in the proposal, apart from the analysis obviously and 2) how exactly does one find these investors/partners?
