I think the i-phone has better graphics ( if you like to watch videos, etc) and the music sound is clearer, but I dont use the phone for videos/music so that doesnt matter to me.

There is a street I know of that DOES have a stream under it and many of the homes on one side of the street spanning several blocks have water problems in heavy rains.Somehow and for some reason, someone called it Lakewood Avenue...go figure.

I sent several people to investigate and no one could accurately find the source so I informed them they need to let me know right away next time it leaks and take pics or videos.

I am an out of state investor, so they have to be comfortable with supporting remote communications like skype and uploading video to youtube.

Also search JM Holdings on Facebook and there’s an hour or so video of the Airbnb meetup on there.

But many podcasts and forums and webinar videos here mention using property managers.
