I made a walk through today, and everything seemed to be in good shape with the exception of some soft spots in the hallway floor.

Went to another unit where another tenant moved out last night.Man they left tons of nail holes throughout.I said no nails in the wall.When this happens do you repaint the whole unit or just spot paint where the holes are?

This has allowed me to already know a lot about them at walkthrough and I can seal the deal on the spot (with deposit) and call off the other showings.

That's a tough spot, but exactly what Steve said.
