Currently 17 and waiting until I’m 18 to get my first property under contract to keep myself motivated I have been getting leads in my free time just so I can get the hang of it and understand it more, however I haven’t called anyone yet because I didn’t want to call if I wasn’t serious about getting it under contract yet but I was just wondering what some of the wholesalers in this forum might think.

Being located in San Diego and not having much capital I am looking at possibly getting started in a cheaper market somewhere else and going that route.As I start to consider this I was wondering if anyone knew of helpful ways of choosing which market to get my feet wet in flipping/BRRRR'ing.

Wondering if my partner and I both sign on for a commercial loan for our LLC, is our stated income / credit score considered in the provisions of the loan agreement?

I’m wondering if anyone else is comfortable investing the money instead of setting it aside.

I have enough cash to buy two out right, but I wonder if its better to leverage my money and buy seven or eight, so that if I get stuck with a bad home I have many others that support the bad one.

I also saw a couple other LendingTree.com like sites, and saw their affiliate program, as well.What I was wondering is, if I'm talking with contacts in my circle about using equity in their homes for investing (and probably HELOCs), and when talking to them, would there be some issue (SEC?)

That said, I'm new to investing and wonder if this is going to be problematic in the future.Does anyone have experience with Section 8 tenants that could encourage/discourage me?
