Why not extend closing to 6/6?

Don't over extend yourself and make sure your expenses are covered by the rent.

I talked to a PM who does short term rentals in the area and she told me she stays away from mid term as most tenants are looking for steep discounts for extended stays. 

Where does that agent investor relationship extend to. 

My home is a 3 bed 2 bath with a pool and everything you need to live comfortably for an extended stay.
