Just a quick hello as I look to start building relationships. 

Those are all honestly excellent ideas and I thank you very much for that.  

to send orgininal docs to a lawyer not a party of the contract I would never do.. no problem sending copies of course.. so they can review red line and send back with their instructions but this is how fraud happens.I had lunch last week with Pat Stone and he said the east coast has far more claims than the west coast because of the smaller mom pop attorney relationships compared to someone walking into your multi jurisdictional or location for real title escrow company..  

Also, more obvious, but having a solid relationship with your lender and really understanding the array of options is very helpful.

@Danny Lambert if you download numbers on your Ipad, they have some good pre-created excel sheet.

This thread showcases the power of a good relationship with local lenders, and the SNOWBALL affect that follows if you use your Legos effectively. 

I’m currently building my relationships with potential investors, agents, and lenders.

But if you genuinely try to get to know one or two people and start to build up a relationship, it will be a lot more sincere than just trying to ask 10 people how they got started. 

Even though I did not want to continue my relationship with this buyer, we agreed to get the deal done.
