We also do interior safety inspections periodically just so we can get a good look at what's going on inside the property.Most of my clients are out of state and they rarely come to visit or look.

There are 4 different people here...even though the tenant and the buyer may have the same social security numbers, just like the owner and the landlord might have the same C.C.#.What this means is when the property is sold, the lease agreement is still in place but is transferred from the old owner (the seller) to the new owner (the option executor).

DACA program provided us with a social security and permission to work with expiration date of 2 yrs from date of approval, so we have to continually renew every 2 years by paying ~$500.
