We have had good communication since the tour in trying to work out the details of the application process.None of them meet the income requirements, and although they all have part time jobs, they are not making 3 times their portion of the monthly rent.

Don't think so - - that's still MINGLING of funds.Consider your entity as being 10,000 miles away and you have to formally communicate with Notary Docs, Notes, Letters from the Board of Directors - - this will help you stay focused.

@Seth Golie @Cody Sperber  BP nation has a pretty negative sentiment on virtually anything that is paid training. this tends to be a DIY site.. and of course they have their own materials they sell which I have never bought or looked at personally.I do believe though you could shop E bay and buy virtually every providers of these types of services used from folks looking to resell them.. there is not really much that is new in RE .. for some one with zero experience there is defiantly a learning curve but most of the SYSTEMS are interchangeable and will hit on the same topics..

I would be completely shocked if the Census web site did not have an FAQ about discerning scams from real inquiries.I'm not sure if this is a scam or not, but if it were me I would ignore this and all similar communication
