@Bryan Gamble and @Michael Jobe, yes, it is a WordPress theme that I've customized and done a few custom coding modifications to.  

The reason that it works so well locally is because many investors seem to have the same assumptions as you that it can't be done and that I must be smoke and mirrors or something and they do not even try. 

I did this A) to reinforce that I was correct in my assumptions and B) to provide a basis for legal action if unrecorded interests attempt to attack my sale.

No one is going to do the work for you for free, so you'll either go to the courthouse and learn how to research active cases, pay a researcher for custom data or purchase data from a commercial list provider like Listsource or the one that I use.
