Must be a privately organized estate?

I'm happy to organize both an evening group (networking and a guest speaker) and a breakfast/coffee or lunch networking group.

No upgrades, just the basic... a floor, walls, roof and a functioning toilet. 

Before I started working at my organization, the CEO and her assistant received a proposal from the GC to repair the roof.

Maintenance and cap expense is sometimes forecast as a percentage of the rent but it is much more a function of things like number of kitchens and bathrooms, square footage, quality of tenant, etc.

That being said some businesses may have to organize under a different structure depending on what they do.

A well ran wholesale organization will produce actual investment worthy opportunities at a greater pace, than any broker/agent.

The search functions and property/tax details are comprehensive.  

Now the house has tenants and is fully functioning, and I am back in my (original) house.

The appraiser had to value the properties low due to them not being zoned multi-family; he instead appraised them as 1 SFH with a "functional defect".
