I know when I lived in an all bills paid unit in college I left every light on all day long and took nice long hot showers, but when I when I was responsible for the bills I left all the lights off and rarely took showers!

However, I would give them a stern warning that they would be charged next time.Is $300 legal in your area? 

If you have a door with one or two scratches ok but with this many a light sand and restain might be called for.

The choice of lighting for the rooms (fan+built in light) is a poor choice (in my opinion).

I cannot be stopped.So, I would warn the local government not to get in my way.

Been a few months and light use but holding up fine.

I took nothing lightly.

We must first figure out where we are, and then see where we want to go in light of where we are.
