These meetings are more designed to gather people that struggle with wholesaling.Indeed... other than struggling wholesalers you have the newbies that get convinced REI meetings is the answer, just like you are being convinced now... then the other REI frequenter is your traditional hard money lender that tries to make money on innocent young investors eager to start, and anyone else that tries to make money off of it somehow.Lastly you have a few cash buyers that know nothing about marketing that desperately need a property to flip.

The report shall be in the form designed, printed and distributed by the director of revenue and shall contain the following:  (1) The year, model, make and abandoned property identification number of the property and the owner and any lienholders, if known;  (2) A description of any damage to the abandoned property noted by owner, lessee or property or security manager in possession of the real property;  (3) The license plate or registration number and the state of issuance, if available;  (4) The physical location of the property and the reason for requesting the property to be towed;  (5) The date the report is completed;  (6) The printed name, address and phone number of the owner, lessee or property or security manager in possession of the real property;  (7) The towing company's name and address;  (8) The signature of the towing operator;  (9) The signature of the owner, lessee or property or security manager attesting to the facts that the property has been abandoned for the time required by this section and that all statements on the report are true and correct to the best of the person's knowledge and belief and that the person is subject to the penalties for making false statements;  (10) Space for the name of the law enforcement agency notified of the towing of the abandoned property and for the signature of the law enforcement official receiving the report; and  (11) Any additional information the director of revenue deems appropriate.  6.

I’m working on a design project and would love your input. 

Here are the details:-He owns the lot free and clear (existing single-family house on it with renters)-He hired me to design a 4-unit Apartment Building for him on this lot (new construction)-We got 90% of the way through the Planning approval process, only a few hoops to jump through there to finalize the approval-The Design and Concept for it is Approved and the owners wants to build it, but his financing feel though when his investment partner had to step away-I have no money myself to invest in this, but I do have the skills/ability to finalize the plans needed to pull the building permit.

The house has a cathedral celling design, which is unique to the community so ... it gives me some interest to work on this house.Now, while looking at it, it has been empty for 2-3 years, apparently with windows opened.

Home schooling keeps kids in a little social bubble, and in my experience, leaves a lot of them socially stunted. 

For NACA financing, I’d say scratch my idea about designing and building.
