Apartments- New kitchen layout, moved laundry into each unit, updated bathrooms, new windows (curb appeal), updated paint and flooring, turned the laundry room into the 12 unit.AirBNB- changed usage on the main level from office to 2 unit AirBNB.Office building- removed drop ceilings to add 3 foot ceiling height to make the space seem larger with more natural light.

I could only prove income from one of the units since I was living in the other, they wouldn't accept the future promise of additional income once I moved out.BUT eventually I prevailed, currently I'm in the process of stabilizing the new property.Hope this helpsCheers @Bill E.

Most anyone can pick a paint color and some wood floors...I’m talking about someone who can look at an existing floor plan and completely reconfigure the space while keeping codes, traffic flow, space usage, etc in mind.

But to learn more on the cheap..I always recommend one figure out who the guru's are that are selling the systems.. most of them have written materials and CDs they give a package out to paying students.the students burn out never do anything and the next thing U know they are selling their materials on E bay for 50 bucks that they paid 10 to 25k for..

This door also usually starts out as glass, but usually the first time after a junkie smashes the glass pane and crawls in to rob the place of a couple packs of cigarettes, cthe steel of the glass door frame gets a steel plate welded over it and is held open from the outside with a rope that attaches to an eyebolt driven into the side of the building.
