my area is the highest appreciation because of tech jobs in the last 30 years. in next 10 years the defining moment would still be white collar job creation, as cost is more expensive, it's clear that the trend to grow is more visible in south and some part of midwest. it's really not rocket science to understand appreciation.

Supposedly, it was featured in one of the modern home type magazines but I haven't bothered to find it on line.

They get water to boiling 2x as fast, use less energy, and look so modern!

I'm thinking of one of the linear fireplaces since we're building modern style.

I mean, how cool would it be to own a tiny home hotel with a different style of house (wood cabin, modern etc) per home.If you ever put together the green sustainable development REI group, count me in.

There so many cool modern prefabs, both large and small!
