Hey @Michael Morrongiello - Chris offers two courses - Flipanywhere academy and find motivated sellers online I have access to both and they do have a lot of good information.If you already know how to close on the phone then all you would need is the find motivated sellers online as this will teach you a lot of good info on finding people who are interested in selling but not necessarily "motivated" sellers.In my option the facebook course is rather basic but a good place to get started.

Hi Shiloh,If you think about it, there is absolutely no difference in "Schools" schools are just building with teachers in them all teaching the same government (mostly useless to the student) regulated things.They are all the same, the only difference is between the children who attend (of fail to attend) them.That is what they are rating, the children and not the schools.
