I have about 1K and need someone to help guide me and teach me real estate. 

I know opinions will vary based on personal style of management. 1) If you've had this issue, any suggestions to improve usage?

My parents don’t, but I know that I will be able to learn everything college can teach me, but without a degree.

What I found interesting is the ban on demolition of single family for transformation into multifamily, as well as a restriction on structure size increase at 15% I understand that this is to help preserve neighborhood character, but seem that it may encourage “slumlord-style” splitting of single family homes.

I can't teach those to people you have it or you don't. 

I would call a Broker, a PM, and ask them what rates they are seeing for vacancy and even ask about cap ex in similar house styles they may know esp PM's.

But it was so AWESOME.I can’t wait to find another disgusting house, renovate it, help preserve our town, teach the kids more about money, and increase our cash flow.
