Wheres the best place to find serious buyers and market my deals online?

I know it isn't realistic to most people to expect fully distanced but it would be nice to find something that's a bit more on the online side.How can I satisfy this 40 hour commitment without this new job dramatically interfering with my existing commitments?

I have just joined BiggerPockets today and i could really use your help. i have read multiple books about property investing but i wish to take my education further, is there any free online courses available so i can take my learning to the next level.

If we had chosen to rent from the beginning we would have been able to use the money not spent on making the property sell-ready towards renovations/expenses on our next BRRRR Property, but we were to afraid of getting into more debt after such a serious loss.

But if there are life-safety issues, i.e. heat not working in the winter, and they have notified landlord, and landlord has had adequate time to make repairs but chosen not to, the tenant can pay their rent into escrow at the courthouse.  

I haven't been able to confirm that online but if that is the case I think that will be the way to go.And agree on security as well but the wired system recommended by a member here will need at least some direction from an electrician-- which we are already in queue for.
