 I'm  about buy John Federo real estate investing in mobile homes and I am searching for deals in southern  California but I can't find any has anybody found deals in Southern California for $4000 to $5,000 is it possible to do his investing in Southern California

Just would not be able to mobilize them quickly enough to Rochester in an emergency.

It really is useless to me... does it have value, sure, but not for a mobile home park, therefore I can't give it value...

We ended up buying a nice used double wide mobile home instead and it was much nicer And no repairs, we placed it on a permanent foundation and made it finacable for resale. 

Airbus moved into Mobile,Alabama a couple years ago which brought more businesses, jobs, and people to the South Bay Area including Daphne, Fairhope, and Foley.

I am new to this as well but I am starting to narrow down my interests to mobile home parks and small multifamily, both are great investment vehicles offering better returns than single family.

I did alter how im D4D a bit. i realized i was spending too much time checking addresses on my mobile while I was out driving. just get the addresses down and  look them up  at home.
