It needed four brand new: kitchens, baths, HVAC, furnaces, water heaters, paint, floor, etc etc.

Homeowner/investor thinks they are being ripped off.

A few weeks ago I decided on one, and last week the roof was ripped it off and a new one installed.

When I saw the property, the owner’s contractor was there Watweproofing the basement with foam, concrete injections and drylock paint.

We do paint and flooring and fixtures, maybe appliances, as needed between tenants. 

If they are going to blame you, first have them point out where your suppose to do this bleach stuff at in the maintenance manual, every unit comes with one. second, I would call the manufacturer and explain the situation and ask how they would go about it because you feel the company is ripping you off.

House needs some painting, carpet, yard clean up, etc.

It was in bad shape so we took a private loan from my parents to renovate 2/3 units, and have been doing work on the property ourselves despite not being licensed (I have done exterior painting, drywall repair, light fixture replacement, small things like that).

Inspectors don’t know or care about opening walls, removing wallpaper, painting things, new cabinets etc.

I am planning on redo-ing the kitchen, bathroom, all flooring, paint, and outdoor landscaping.
