You might be able to do medium term rental (traveling nurses, etc) if you're near the hospital, or you might find success anyways with traditional long term tenants.

I got a quote from an agent who went with Traveler's and I was quoted $1,034/ yr for a 2b/2ba condo. 100k dwelling/500k personal liability/49k for loss of use with $1,000 deductible.

I guess I should have added, although I live in TX now, I lived in OKC for 30 years and still travel back at least 6 or more times a year, so I''m very familiar with the area.
