Other than the obvious tweaks of raising min pricing or base prices, any other ideas/suggestions those of you using them can share to manage the seemingly broken algorithms we're now seeing due to locks owns, STR bans, and cross-border travel restrictions?

You might be able to do medium term rental (traveling nurses, etc) if you're near the hospital, or you might find success anyways with traditional long term tenants.

I got a quote from an agent who went with Traveler's and I was quoted $1,034/ yr for a 2b/2ba condo. 100k dwelling/500k personal liability/49k for loss of use with $1,000 deductible.

I guess I should have added, although I live in TX now, I lived in OKC for 30 years and still travel back at least 6 or more times a year, so I''m very familiar with the area.
