The LP should reference the Case No. its associated with and since most counties in Fl have the Civil Action case files on line you would be able to pull it up and review the litigation to figure out what it's about.

If you don't know typical Cap Rate, I'd encourage you to pause on your online bid.FWIW, I never believe anyone that says it is 100% occupied and NOI, by definition, should include taxes and insurance.
