If it's a great deal and you have some experience, it may be fine, but I would encourage you to really be sure about it.

A main tenet of this 'movement' is to encourage & convince EVERYONE - including those who CAN fully pay rent- to also withhold rent too, out of "solidarity."   

That being said, we always encourage newbies to get that buyers rep signed.

You may be able to encourage them to pay a best effort now and collect the rest later.Once the eviction moritorium is over, take a look at how each tenant worked with you / is working with you and decide who needs to go and enforce it.

The encouraging thing is that both industry data and my anecdotal data (my portfolio) is that very few people have followed through with this. 

You’d only be rewarding her, and encouraging similar future behavior, if you pay her. 

Commercial development in the navy yard and co-working spaces for start ups in west philadelphia are encouraging signs of growth in new sectors.
