His staff is always available to answer questions!

My dream team isn't on BP, it's my awesome staff, some of whom have worked for me for over a decade. 

Over time, the teams who create them go back to the "lab" and continue fixing what's wrong, until the product has been updated to work as needed.

You are offended because  a person on staff of a company I own offered to answer a question specifically directed at me.

I spoke with several staff members that were very nice but without results.  

Those kinds of minor things are just certainly so advantageous to have on the staff because there is always something that is going to go wrong even if we are just Wholetailing it, we are not doing anything to the house.

I take it you have PM though right don't tell me you self manage :) .. or if you do you have enough that you have staff!
