I plugged the numbers in and the profit margins are a little lower than I’d like but a lIttle profit over no profit and a bad reputation works for me any day.

The comfort level is all there with moving forward and I'm simply looking for confirmation from a more experienced advisor. 

Obviously, the lower your loan basis the more dollars will flow through to your monthly bottomline.

Especially as men get older and gH, testosterone, etc depresses and weight gain (especially in the visceral/lower back area for men) becomes easier and it becomes harder to lose.

Is there any way to properly make that transfer without having to get your original loan through you personally and then transfer it to a SD-IRA or to pay a lower down payment with a non-recourse loan?
