Basically the same as NR, but supposed to allow members to return every quarter for life at no cost.Held seminars in Vegas.

However, making $23K for a 3 week roof and repaint is better pay than I ever made on any J-O-B.Don't get too hung up on the % return you get on a deal.

Other than a few short notice move outs, I've not had any real problems.Folks with "bad credit" or "past issues" are usually those that pay cash and want to fly under the radar.I don't even take damage depsoits as inevitabley when they do move out they are going to hound me for return of " their money".

Probably at much better returns than you can get from the stock market or other traditional investments.After 5 years in this business I am just now starting to partner with other investors to buy commercial properties.
