The former owner gave me the number of a company who cleaned it in November but they don’t answer any calls (the buyers agent, myself and my assistant all called every hour today) and their voicemail is full.

I understand that the credit agreement, loan doc, etc. will have defined terms that would most likely answer this question, but for now, let's ignore any comments about reviewing the loan docs.Has anyone ever tried this approach? 

I started out by just researching the questions I needed answers to in the search box. 9/10 times I found the answers I was looking for.
