With the marijuana here, most of my renters are from out of state, and the dynamic has changed for the better. 10,000 people a month moving to Colorado.

Now, either there's a crazy leak that I'm/he's unaware of or all that water is being used for something very specific--like a crap-ton of plants.If he's got some big marijuana operation going, my big concern is fire (well, and apparently water) damage concerns.

How can alcohol be legal and marijuana illegal?

Hello all,I have an agent friend who has a friend who has a client who has a clean record, however they were arrested with 2 pounds of marijuana in their car.

It wasn't easy, I had to provide a document detailing how my company would comply with "BSA/AML" (anti-money laundering) regulations, and answer a lot of questions on business purpose ... and interestingly these guys seemed to be very concerned that I was not involved in any way in marijuana industries.  

For example "No cooking grease, oil, animal meat bones, pasta, rice, any other substance down the garbage disposals except apple and carrot peels and liquids with no solid matter such as juice and soda" and "no vaping and smoking of any tobacco product, marijuana or any substance" on the property, including the backyard"  

I fight everything from minor speeding tickets to marijuana possession to DWI.

Without further ado, here are our house rules:- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) allowed anywhere on the property.

I tried to reason with them but they refused to pay the rent, to kick out the extra people, and also refused to leave the apartment.The tenants started to have fights which damaged the property, parties, smoking marijuana inside the home and in front of the house, and getting into altercations with my neighbors.
