In that case they should just buy $1.5bn worth of bitcoin :P

I won't go down the bitcoin rabbit hole, but land should speak for itself.Most of my equities were bought in 2008-2011 and again 2017-2020.

That reminds me of the one time when I found a hard drive with 7500 Bitcoin in a trash pile.

I didn’t have enough money for renovations on my first deal last year so I basically gambled on bitcoin / ethereum until I had tripled my initial $2500 dollars and then pulled it out due to the necessity of paying the contractors.

My advice is to accept all forms of payment (maybe not bitcoin or 20 chickens - lol).As far as calling code enforcement well, all you can do, and should have been doing, is keeping your property up to code in the first place.

It's like people who dabble in Bitcoins.
