It cost me a lot of money, and was probably more headache then just managing my own properties, so finally I took them back.That being said, I trust there are some great management companies out there, I just didn't end up with them.

the best advice i can give you is to get in your local meetups and talk to people in your area who are doing what you want to be doing someday. make friends with them and trust me youll learn a lot more
