It cost me a lot of money, and was probably more headache then just managing my own properties, so finally I took them back.That being said, I trust there are some great management companies out there, I just didn't end up with them. 

There are much easier ways trust me.

First of all, don't trust Zillow.

the best advice i can give you is to get in your local meetups and talk to people in your area who are doing what you want to be doing someday. make friends with them and trust me youll learn a lot more 

network smart and ask yourself whos got your money mate. network with people are ahead of you in the game those are the people that can bring value to your business and always remember to bring value 1st before receiving the value from anyone, and we all have something to offer someone else mate trust me. third ?

That's putting a lot of trust in someone you don't know..

So far no one has been able to provide the coverage we have at their price.I haven't tried Foremost yet, but I trust @John Underwood that it good.

Trust me, if the installers went above and beyond, the customers never have a problem with answering a phone call from another future customer.
