Aside from consumer debt and mortgages for personal residence, do they count things like lines of credit, active credit cards, etc?

After browsing these forums and listening to the podcasts alone I feel like I got more actionable knowledge than all of the seminars combined.

Need to get more information on exactly what happened but if it's due to their actions and it's minor damage then I'd charge them (though I personally wouldn't for the extinguishers).

If a commercial tenant complains that another tenant is parking in their spot, parking in front of an emergency exit, or is causing a noise disturbance, what is the best course of action/inaction for a landlord?

They talked conspiracies, especially when they understood the skill and accuracy needed for a single shooter, with a bolt action rifle, to hit his moving target, exactly on target.

They make consumer products in a "hit driven" market.

I have wanted to get into real estate investing for a long time, just never put any action to it.

I'd think about your customer and what is the easiest way for them to take the action you want them to take.

If anyone reading this is on the edge about jumping in…my only advice is to take action.
