I was bit by the financial freedom bug a few years ago when I had my youngest daughter.

The end goal is financial freedom through stable income, and the sooner I can get there the better.Here are my thoughts.

Then I started to investigate (as a Catholic School teacher and part time adjunct professor at Miramar college and my wife a special Ed assistant only making at the time $80,000 combined family income, before taxes) the financial freedom plan of chunking in all my expenses with rental property income.  

I don't know what your financial's are like, but I'm getting into REI to have more financial freedom for my family.

You need to stop being too loose with the freedoms here and start reigning these guys in and making them commit to deadlines.
