Since you plan to rent it out, just focus on durable stuff.

If you can't Airbnb it, I would suggest offering them a reduced rate to be able to keep their stuff there for the summer.

Tons of cosmetic stuff.

Start thinking of automating/delegating the day-to-day stuff so you can spend more time with your family.

Personally if this does happen I would like to see this paired with legislation that no longer requires a home address to become a W2 employee, which I imagine would help with some of the homeless problems many parts of the country are facing.While I think that this stuff may help increase the quality of life of those at the bottom, I do worry that this will all make profiting off of REI much more difficult.

We found quality stuff for 50-80% off along the way including a pallet of flooring for a dollar a box.

Lockout means you will have someone there to change the locks, and if the tenant left stuff you will move it out later.  

Online stuff like that is 99.9% bull.Go to REIAs.
