Do I need to worry about market crash?.

If the camera part is not crucial but you want to be able to have coded access (that starts and ends at specified date/time) something like ResortLock or KABA would work.What I like about these systems is the ability to generate a specific code that works only between the time of the guest's arrival and departure.  

Now that fall has arrived and I am in a constant battle with falling leaves and pine straw. 

If you show up when your supposed to, do what you say your going to do, get it done at an agreed upon "investor" price point and solve problems as they arrive you will have more business than you will know what to do with.
