Tenants by the entireties can only be used by a married couple, and does not apply to joint debts like medical necessities for either spouse or your children, but does to most other debts. 

A lot of attorneys and doctors will hold property like this with their children or wife as the beneficiary in case of a mal-practice claim.

I recently learned that NH has passed a law requiring property owners to abate any lead paint if children in the home are tested as lead poisoned.

Is that where you want your children to live and go to school?

Worst case scenario is that you end up paying someone else's back child support for a child(ren) that aren't even yours; or  paying someone else's IRS tax bill.

Fortunately, they can now move their children across school district lines to the better schools, to where the kids will learn to be successful.

oh ya forgot to say theirs another family downstairs too which sometimes the family children forgot their key and ask my mom to open the door for them. this family is cool but the other family is the problem family sometimes the other family have argument with this family too.
