For some reason I was thinking it would be around 10% plus closing costs but this is normally for second homes used as a vacation property.

My renters are refinery contractors with a per diem, not vacationing people.

I am switching property managers from one who I've enjoyed to my son.

They are marketing units as executive rentals in the apartment complexes and some houses as well as vacation/visitor rentals.

The lawyer says that you have to give a 5-day notice two times and then file the eviction despite the Wisconsin Eviction Post that I found on Milwaukee county website which says 5-day notice, 14-day notice pay or vacate and then file an eviction.

I actually called the broker shortly after reading that they were going with another buyer to thank her for her time and we agreed to keep in touch since she had other listings all over the state and we enjoyed working together.

Maybe saved up enough over the course of a year to take a vacation, but cmon, save that garbage for the financially illiterate.  

I'm sure I'm going to get push back eventually on the aggressive breed and 50lb restriction being discrimination, but luckily our area is much slower to catch up to these ridiculous trends.I obviously prefer tenants without animals, but it's to the point where everyone has something, so now we just turn it into a revenue source$25/month per pet + $200-$300 non refundable fee.We enforce quiet enjoyment pretty aggressively.
