It seems that for a lot of these cheaper properties there seems to be more issues that arise from very cheap properties opposed to a higher end rental.

It's not super accurate but it's an alternative to some of the popular methods.

Great for me as a lender, but makes me wonder if we might be near a tipping point on rents...Related to SB 1069, I'm seeing a lot of new home builders incorporate in-law units into their plans and according to the salespeople, these are incredibly popular.  

Be sure to add clauses to contract to get your EMD back should any issue arises with the title work where you cannot close or some unforeseeable material defect.  

i was looking at one of the sites listed to purchase from and it defaulted to hard board as the recommended material for signs, then corrugated heavy pvc as most popular and then lists other materials like steel and aluminum.
