My full time job is on base and I closed on a foreclosure Friday, and closed on another single family home today.

I was wondering if anyone who has done this can tell me if after comparing price per sqft of the building aspect of the project only (cost of land, environmental remediation, and demo excluded) they have found modulars to be a more cost effective way to go rather than stick built.

It also has strong economic and demographic trends with a growing population and jobs.

I currently live in the Northern Virginia area and was wondering if there was anyone in the area who has decent experience in wholesaling and possibly probate properties in the state of Virginia?

The population and jobs have been growing by 2-3.5 % per year, and the cost of living is still below the national average.
