Intro & Getting Started

Good Morning Everyone! I am new to the world of REI but was always curious, so there is no time like the present. I currently live in the Northern Virginia area and was wondering if there was anyone in the area who has decent experience in wholesaling and possibly probate properties in the state of Virginia? Would you mind answering a few questions I have about getting started and maybe some that I may have along the way early in the beginning. Any information is useful, looking forward to meeting, learning, and possibly working with you all. Thanks!

Hi Vincent - I am in Richmond and even here there are several different meetups that focus on different areas of our market so I'm sure the same must be true in Northern Virginia. Check out meetup.com to look for meetings in your area. That's a great way to connect with others who have similar goals, challenges, etc. For example, there is one in Springfield that has a ton of members. I don't know anything about their meeting format but most REIAs will allow guests to come either free one time or for a small fee. https://www.meetup.com/HANDSONREI/
