I did go through some neighbor harassment at one time by the neighbor reporting "too many occupants" to the code enforcement department when the three occupants of one of my rentals had their three girlfriends coming to visit regularly - so neighbors might snitch ...But this does remind me of the anecdote I related in the "tenant applicants say the dumbest things" thread regarding Asian restaurant owners ;) My vote is "No way".

The condo portion is vacant at the moment, but given the market for Air BnBs in this area, and the particular location of this property (5 minutes to downtown nightlife, 10-15 to the beach, and walkable to a variety of shops and restaurants), I think it's a perfect candidate for short term rentals.
