We're evaluating a tape with a lot of LA loans but have no experience in the state yet.I did a little bit of reading at nolo.com and it appears that there are two types of FC in LA: The most common one is an executory proceeding if the mortgage has a "confession of judgment" clause in the note.

For parts of Illinois that are not governed by any specific municipal code, it appears that a common meter is not necessary as long as the tenant knows what common area electric usage they will be liable for PRIOR to entering into an agreement with the landlord.

@Joe P.I dont seek any help I came here western pa to invest some serious money it is a dying region the demographic situation is serious lots of old ppl. attorney tell me one need to notarize a sale deed even though power of attorney is given when I ask how one is going to sell a property of a dead person who has given power of attorney to a person who should handle his or her will I dont get a reply how should a dead person appear in front of an notary??

End of day its similarYou should not put back the initial capital at the end of the year unless you agree to but you don't benefit from it and actually lose because your structure appears that you don't put in any capital.
