You have to find the cleaners/maintenance (they can help with that) but they handle all the scheduling, posting to all vacation rental sites, photos, guest communications before, during and after and some marketing.It's not that you can't do it, but there are more than one company doing this and at that 10% fee.There are some companies that offer full service including cleaning and maintenance for 20-25%.

You will feel like the parent in a long car trip with your two children in the back seat.If this TV dude is the nexus for other discontent in the building and is a PITA with you and others, I might send them a "notice to cure" after the neighbor's appeal fell on deaf ears (pardon the pun).I think the "medical condition" thing is a red herring, because I don't think that gives someone the right to violate the peaceable enjoyment of others in their residences.

@Mario Russo seems like you enjoyed the nest enough to get a new one at your new place which would become your primary, I'm assuming there is a way to have a nest assigned to a new account but I can't say for sure.

Better to build your own equity through the debt paydown, enjoy the tax benefits of ownership, and garner the equity of an appreciating asset.
