Thoughts on Coronavirus, and why right now is the ideal time to purchase single family rentals.While the Coronavirus has had an impact globally in different ways, the SFR rental market is extremely strong with higher demand than ever! 

Obviously, if they are forced to shut down, I am sympathetic to their situation and want to keep them as a tenant.

Us as investors what are some of the advantages that this coronavirus has made that will impact our deals?

I was expecting there was a good chance I would get a lower rate....and not be forced to pull equity out to even get close to my rate now...and still be higherBetter place to shop for refinance rates on an investment property?

Many companies are already equipped for this and will not be impacted from a workforce perspective.
