There's brokers that will take you just to add people to their roster but you will not be able to able to learn the skills to be able to make you good at your job and be educated on the market.

In one case my tenants took off on a climbing road trip for a week and I scheduled the work around their trip, another time I had a young but highly skilled carpenter tenant who helped with the project (which I normally wouldn't do but I knew he was a good carpenter and a reliable guy so it worked great).
